Welcome to DOSCART. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of
our website, services, and products. By engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound by
the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
- These Terms apply to all services provided by DOSCART.
- By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
this Agreement.
- DOSCART reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
2. Scope of Services
DOSCART provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Design & Branding
- Website Development
- AI Solutions
- Marketing Services
- Publishing & Media Services
All services are custom, digital, and non-tangible.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to communications
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Ensure all provided content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and refund eligibility.
4. Communication Policy
- The official email channels are the primary communication methods.
- DOSCART is not responsible for communication via unofficial channels.
- Clients are responsible for regularly checking updates and responding accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
All refunds are governed strictly under the following terms:
5.1 Eligibility
- Full refund (less 10% fee) before initial concept delivery
- 66% refund (less 10%) within 48 hours of delivery
- 33% refund (less 10%) within 48–96 hours
5.2 Approval-Based Workflow
- All projects follow a phase-based approval system (mockups → revisions → final delivery)
- Once a phase is approved, it becomes final and non-refundable
- Moving to the next phase means full acceptance of the previous work
5.3 Project Timeline
- Standard delivery timeline: 2–3 months
- Maximum extension: up to 4 months
👉 Refunds are only valid within the first 3 months. After 4 months, a 0% refund policy applies.
5.4 Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued if:
- 96 hours have passed after delivery
- The project enters revision phase
- Any phase has been approved
- Client is inactive for 5–7 working days
- Final files are delivered
- Work exceeds mockup stage
5.5 Chargeback Protection
By purchasing services, the client agrees:
- Not to initiate chargebacks after phase approval, or 3 months from project start
- To resolve disputes directly with DOSCART
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:
- Legal action
- Financial recovery claims
- Service termination
5.6 Ownership After Refund
- Upon refund, all rights revert to DOSCART
- Client cannot use any delivered work
6. Revision Policy
- Revisions depend on the selected package
- Unlimited revisions are allowed within the original concept scope
- Revision turnaround time: 48 hours
7. Delivery Policy
- Final deliverables are shared via email or client portal
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days for initial concepts
- Rush delivery available at additional cost
8. Quality Assurance
- All work is created with original research and tailored to client requirements
- DOSCART ensures high-quality, unique deliverables
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We will revise work until satisfaction is achieved, within the limits of the purchased package.
10. Intellectual Property
- Ownership rights transfer to the client only after full payment and project completion
- DOSCART retains rights to display work in its portfolio
- Trademark registration is the client’s responsibility (e.g., USPTO fees apply)
11. Record Maintenance
- DOSCART maintains project files and archives
- Files can be re-shared upon request
12. SMS & Communication Terms
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive:
- Order updates
- Notifications
- Promotional messages

13. Limitation of Liability
DOSCART is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
14. Termination of Services

- Abusive or fraudulent behavior occurs
- Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated
15. Changes to Terms
- DOSCART may update these Terms at any time
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States.
